Over the last 5 years at Biogen Idec I have successfully established myself within the Clinical Country Management as a Regional Lead, as well as embedding the Clinical Country Lead (CCL) role within the organisation. In my role I develop and maintain key regional & some global relationships (Development Sciences, Global Medical Affairs, Commercial, Local Medical affairs, Distributor network, CROs and key Physicians) to ensure the success of the team within the region and beyond as required. I have just transitioned into a new role, leading the global late phase drug trials, leading a team in the UK & US on executing these global trials.

Sarah has recently joined the board of Governors at Bisham. Her youngest son is in Year 4 and has thrived there since the family arrived back from a two year stint living in Switzerland, where he attended the local Swiss Kindergaten. Sarah was keen to support the school as her eldest (now 15 at Furze Platt Senior School) also attended Bisham. A 15 year career in both HR management and leading the Learning and Development function at Syngenta near Bracknell followed by a little time out to support the family in Switzerland has now seen her embark upon a new career in the Pharmaceutical industry in clinical drug trails. Currently "me time" is proving a little hard to come by but when time and finances allow travel and the wild outdoors remain a passion.
